You’re Never Too Young for Disney on Ice
This weekend, my daughter-in-law and I took my 5 1/2 month old grandprincess to her very first Disney on Ice show. We are both Disney on Ice lovers and she is naturally such a Disney fan that we decided it was worth a try. Kay-Cee dressed Aleyah in her brand new Minnie Mouse dress and we drove into Houston. Once we arrived, we walked with the sea of little ones dressed in their favorite princess costumes ,along with their parents, into the venue and found our seats. We took a few pictures before the show started…
Then, the show began. Lights, music, Mickey and Minnie — action!
This is the intensity with which my precious Aleyah welcomed her first taste of a Disney production.
All the elements of the show were fantastic: the lights, the sets, the costumes and especially the skating. We enjoyed it very much and had a wonderful time with special memories to last a lifetime.
I must admit that by the final act, Aleyah was pretty tired so she saw it inside her eyelids.
But her mommy bought a program for a keepsake, and her Mimi brought her a Disney princess light!
This just goes to prove you are never too young for Disney. Three generations of Disney on Ice fans; what a great way to spend a weekend. Next, it’s Walt Disney World in seven short months!
